16 Devonshire Place

Prominently situated in the heart of Marylebone Village, a short walk from both Regent’s Park and Hyde Park, this striking Grade II listed building was constructed between 1787 and 1793 as a late 18th century townhouse.

Line Creative did full CGI design and Brochure design production on this project.
With original wood floors, open fire places and ornate cornices, it was important for the client that we focus and well present both the option of restoring the house to its original grandeur, or completely redevelop it according the obtained planning permission.

Particular attention was given to the existing floor plans, area and features , alongside the immaculate high end design offered for the redevelopment.
